SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible to serve as the primary HR Solution Center resource to employees; providing timely, efficient, high quality customer care and service excellence. Provide solutions, interpretations and guidance related to general questions and concerns about benefits, recruitment, HR policies and HR systems. Use established systems and processes to document inquiries and resolution according to standards with attention to style, tone and manner of communication. Refer complex questions and issues to Tier 2 HR Functional Specialists for research and troubleshooting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma plus 1 year related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Proficiency in all PC desktop tools and Intranet technology required Demonstrated proficiency in accurate data entry required Exceptional customer service focus required Excellent communication & problem solving skills required Attentive listening skills in order to ask questions to aid in problem solving and issue escalation required Must be proactive and service minded oriented with keen attention to details.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred Call Center experience highly preferred Human Resources experience highly preferred
