Number of Positions In Requisition 0 Job Details The Human Resource Coordinator provides entry-level, hands-on support to the Human Resources Business Partner or Labor and Employee Relations function. Supports the HRBP functions by compiling, tracking, and reporting on core workforce metrics including turnover, headcount, and other HR operational data that inform HRBP decision-making, while also coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities and monitoring compliance touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle. Partners closely with HRBPs to ensure data accuracy, identify trends within assigned client groups, and maintain seamless transitions for employees entering and exiting the organization. Supports the Employee Relations Partner and Labor Relations Partner functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented handling of case and contract-related tracking. Provides support with intake and documentation of employee relations investigations and complaints, tracking and updating organizing activity for enterprise-wide reporting, and assisting with collective bargaining agreement and grievance administration including filing and monitoring key deadlines. Works closely with the ER and LR Partners to maintain organized case files, support consistent recordkeeping practices, and ensure compliance-related timelines are met across the labor relations lifecycle. This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive employee and operational information, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Provide day-to-day support for HR operations. Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation, correspondence, and reports. Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to workforce metrics. Assist with data gathering and preparation for audits, regulatory reporting, and HR projects. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency. Support annual HR processes including performance management, compensation reviews, compliance training, and open enrollment activities. Assist with documenting and updating HR procedures and workflows. Participate in HR initiatives and special projects. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and document management systems preferred. Basic knowledge of employment practices and HR processes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1 year of Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Experience working in an HRIS system preferred. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Additional Qualifications Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use,

•patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
