1st Shift, flexibility required Overview Our client, a global food manufacturer in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Plant Administrator for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent/direct-hire position. The Plant Administrator will join the Human Resources team and provide administrative support across HR processes, plant operations, employee activities, and general plant administration. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrative professional who enjoys learning, taking on new challenges, and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace. Responsibilities Support HR administrative processes. Assist with onboarding and employee administrative requests. Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial paperwork. Coordinate meetings, communications, and plant events. Track production, safety, and operational data as needed. Maintain accurate filing and support compliance with company procedures. Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and departments. Bring a creative mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes. Required Qualifications 1+ year of administrative experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be flexible regarding the 1st-shift schedule. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Canva experience. Adobe experience. Passion for learning, taking on new challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
