HR Administrator (On-site) - Scheduling, Onboarding & HR Support Job Summary Our client in Lebanon, PA is seeking an HR Administrator to support recruiting coordination, pre-employment processing, onboarding, and HR documentation. This is a full-time, contract role supporting a busy HR team with a strong focus on organization, communication, and confidentiality. Responsibilities Coordinate interview schedules and calendars; send meeting invites and confirm details Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers have the right candidate information Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates during the administrative stages of hiring Support pre-employment processes (background/drug screening coordination and follow-up) Update candidate progress in the HRIS as they move through the hiring process Assist with creating and posting job opportunities in the HRIS Schedule new-hire orientation and communicate first-day instructions Confirm required new-hire documents are collected prior to day one Prepare orientation packets and support a smooth transition from candidate to employee Use the applicant tracking system (UKG) to review/manage applications Scan, file, organize, and maintain confidential HR documentation Provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist with candidate phone screens as needed Qualifications Prior experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or office administration preferred Strong scheduling and calendar management skills (high volume coordination a plus) Professional written/verbal communication and customer-service mindset High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working with HR systems/ATS (UKG experience is a plus) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion #MFT3
