HR Coordinator Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys keeping people processes running smoothly? We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions, including employee records, HR reporting, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, systems administration, invoice processing, and training coordination. In this role, you will help ensure HR data, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes are accurate, timely, and well-managed. You will partner with HR leaders, internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to support day-to-day HR operations and special projects. What You'll Do Maintain employee personnel records and HR documentation in accordance with retention and compliance requirements. Prepare and distribute HR reports, including leave of absence, voluntary leaver, workforce, compliance, and business review data. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including pre-start communications, exit interview support, and employment documentation. Process employee status changes such as leaves of absence, returns to work, and separations through HR systems. Support HR systems administration, data integrity, access requests, and compliance tracking. Coordinate labor law poster updates, renewals, and related vendor invoices. Process HR-related invoices, payment requests, expense documentation, and allocation spreadsheets. Support HR training programs by coordinating logistics, vendor communications, documentation, and administrative needs. Prepare employee communications, retention bonus letters, and other HR correspondence as needed. Support special HR projects and respond to ad hoc employee data and documentation requests. What You'll Bring High school diploma required; associate degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field. Entry-level knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, labor laws, and HR best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS/ATS platforms, and cloud-based applications. Ability to work with HR and workforce data accurately and with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
