Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR Department and assists with a variety of personnel‑related functions. Primary responsibilities include supporting staff recruitment by reviewing candidate resumes, conducting phone screenings, and completing reference checks. Additional duties include faxing, filing, scanning, preparing reports, organizing documents, verifying data, distributing information, coordinating certain post‑employment requirements, and performing other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred One (1) to three (3) years of experience or training in all aspects of human resources, preferably in a medical setting Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel Familiarity with a recruitment ATS and working knowledge of an HRIS strongly preferred Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer Keystone Health is a well-established, community-based, non-profit organization that delivers high-quality health care to individuals and families with and without insurance.
