Job Description
Working/Functional Title EHS Office Administrator Position Summary The EHS Office Administrator serves as a key operational, administrative, and human resources partner within the Environmental Health and Safety department, helping ensure the effective delivery of services that support the safety and well-being of the university community. This position provides advanced administrative support to department leadership while managing a broad portfolio of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle actions. The role analyzes operational and workforce data to support decision-making, improve service delivery, and ensure compliance with university policies and regulations. Success in this position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment that supports campus health and safety initiatives. Salary The salary range for this position is fixed at $72,000
