Employee Experience Representative - John Deere HROC (Moline, IL) This is a long-term 1+ year contract opportunity paying up to $20/hr , with full health benefits package offered. Operating in a Hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 flexible remote day following an initial 2-3 month in-office training period) in Moline, IL, this position serves as a critical point of contact within the Ask HR team—delivering exceptional employee support, administering core HR processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Position Details & Compensation Pay Rate:

Up to $20/hr (W2) .

Location:

Hybrid at John Deere HR Operations Center ( Moline, IL ).

Work Setup:

Initial 2-3 month in-office training required. Post-training schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 flexible remote day per week.

Duration:

1+ Years (Providing solid contract stability).

Core Responsibilities Employee & Unit HR Support:

Deliver high-quality, professional customer support by researching, resolving, and responding to employee and Unit HR inquiries in a timely, solution-oriented manner.

HR Process Administration:

Manage tactical HR workflows including talent acquisition support, internal employee transfers, organizational management updates, personnel record maintenance, and John Deere University class administration.

SLA & Confidentiality Compliance:

Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive personnel data while ensuring key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

Partner with Employee Experience Specialists within the HROC to propose innovative solutions, streamline workflows, and handle escalated inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills Core Capabilities:

Exceptional attention to detail, proven ability to multi-task, manage concurrent priorities, and adapt quickly to changing needs.

Communication & Teamwork:

Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong track record of collaborative teamwork.

Analytical Problem Solving:

Strong analytical, organizational, and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.

Change Management:

Demonstrated ability to support, promote, and execute process changes within major corporate structures.

Preferred / Standout

Qualifications Prior experience in Human Resources operations, HR service centers, or shared services environments. Hands-on experience working within SAP SuccessFactors modules (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.). Advanced customer service experience and proficiency with MS Excel . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
