Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in New Brighton, MN. This is a contract opportunity. This position is hybrid.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour, W2
Position Overview:
This role providesprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will coordinate various aspects of the recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidatemunications, and preparing interview packages
Prepare employment offers, new hire paperwork, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation schedules, wee packages, system access requests, and workstation readiness
Partner with hiring managers to ensure onboarding activities arepleted in a timely manner
Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding checklists
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, both electronic and paper
Process HR documentation including employment letters, employee status changes, and personnel updates
Assist with HR reporting, filing, document management, and record retention
Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct moreplex issues to the HR Manager
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as required
Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, celebrations, and special events
Organize employee appreciation activities, holiday events, team meetings, and other culture-building initiatives
Coordinate catering and order lunches for meetings, training sessions, onboarding events, and employee appreciation activities
Assist with internalmunications related to employee events and HR initiatives
Maintain employee recognition boards, wee displays, and other engagement materials
Order and maintain office, kitchen, and onboarding supplies, ensuring inventory is well stocked
Coordinate orders for promotional items, wee gifts, and employee recognition materials
Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the HR department operates efficiently
Other duties as assigned
Primary Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Human Resources
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational,munication, and interpersonal skills
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
