Job Description We are seeking a highly organized HR Administrator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations during a leave of absence. This role will primarily focus on onboarding, pre-employment coordination, HR documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys managing detailed processes, communicating with new hires, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities for multiple new hires at various stages of the hiring process. Manage pre-employment requirements, including employment verifications, required documentation, physical appointments, and electronic paperwork. Maintain regular communication with candidates to collect outstanding information and keep onboarding timelines on track. Accurately enter and update employee information within the HRIS system. Generate reports and maintain organized employee records. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team across multiple functional areas. Assist with onboarding logistics and other HR-related projects as business needs arise. Ensure confidential employee information is handled accurately and professionally. Qualifications 3+ years of HR onboarding/new hire processing experience including processing multi-state background checks. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working within an HRIS system. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
