Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes such as employee orientation. Support HR functions like employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, inquiries, and documentation updates to ensure employees receive accurate information and support. Maintain HR systems (such as HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) for data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking. Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while supporting workforce management efforts through data collection and analysis using Excel and other tools. Coordinate regulatory compliance management activities related to employment law, FMLA, workers' compensation, affirmative action planning, and labor law adherence. Facilitate effective communication across departments by managing social media accounts related to HR initiatives and assisting with internal messaging. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources department functions or administrative support roles involving personnel administration and project management. Strong knowledge of human resources management practices including talent management, employee relations, and HR legal compliance. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or iCIMS; experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent data analysis skills using Excel. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations and experience supporting HR legal compliance efforts. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
