"Job Summary:
We're seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator is at the heart of people transactions at Aludec and their related systems, processes, and policies including onboarding and offboarding of associates and other programs covering the entire associate life cycle. The HR Coordinator will have a passion for HR and continuous process improvement along with a customer-service orientation. In this employee-facing role, the HR Coordinator will provide guidance to associates in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities and have a passion for their career.Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and execution of all human resources activities related to employee relations, talent acquisition, training, performance, compensation, and benefits administration for all hourly and salaried associates: Talent Acquisition - Work with the HR team to recruit and retain top talent. This includes the development of effective recruitment strategies Act as first line of support for all inquiries received from associates, managers and production supervisors regarding programs, policies, and procedures as they relate to the employee life cycle Responsible for new associate onboarding including, processing new hire paperwork and I-9 verification, along with pre-boarding preparation, notifications to new associates and to cross-functional partners Conduct New Hire Orientation (NHO) in covering badging, parking, benefits, policies and includes fielding questions from new hires during the session to ensure clarity on the content Maintain accurate associate data in ADP-Workforce Now including, but not limited to, new hire information, termination details of associates, job postings, updating organizational structure changes, job titles, salary increases, and other personnel-related data Compile and format reports and data from ADP as needed for projects Payroll Support - Assisting in processing weekly and biweekly payroll, in conjunction with the HR team in ADP Workforce Now Drive and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation Investigate thoroughly and quickly any employee concerns, partner with leadership, and follow up appropriately Provide coaching and leadership to managers to resolve problems and strengthen management skills Provide support and advice to managers in administering company policies and procedures to ensure equitable treatment of employees Other duties as assigned This position is part of HR Operations located in Eden Prairie, MN. You will be an integral part of the HR team and will report to the HR Director. If you are interested in a multifunctional, recruiting and supporting role—read on. The essential requirements of the job include: Familiarity, or comfort, recruiting for manufacturing and production positions Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems, experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred but not required Current knowledge of HR industry functions and best practices, state and federal labor laws and regulations surrounding employment preferredEducation and Experience:
Knowledge of HR best practices Prior supervisory or management of direct reports experience is highly preferred but not required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or the equivalent of education and 1-3 years of progressive HR experience This is an ONSITE role, remote work is not available.Benefits :
