Job Description
Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary Blair Therapies is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR operations of our growing pediatric therapy organization. This role will assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance tracking, benefits administration, training management, and general employee support across our three departments: Early Intervention, School Services, and Pediatric Therapy Clinic. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, communicates professionally, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation Process and coordinate biweekly payroll administration Review employee timekeeping and PTO records for accuracy and follow-up Assist employees with payroll, benefits, policy, and HR-related questions Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and termination processes Track employee licensure, certifications, clearances, and compliance deadlines Coordinate and monitor required trainings and onboarding completion Set up and manage employee training assignments within Trainual Assist with organization and maintenance of Trainual content and workflows Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and related documentation Support recruiting activities including job postings, applicant communication, and interview scheduling Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information Assist leadership with employee communication, documentation, and operational follow-up Support HR process improvement initiatives and organizational systems as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Experience with payroll, HR administration, benefits coordination, or office operations preferred Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general administrative systems required Experience working in healthcare, education, or human services settings preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Blair Therapies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
