Primary Responsibilities:
Support our busy recruitment team. In this role, you will help streamline the hiring process for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring we bring top talent on board. You will serve as a contact for job applicants, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain compliance with healthcare staffing regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software. Experience in Paylocity is a plus!
Requirements:
This is a Hybrid position which will require some in-person commitment. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. 1 to 2 years of administrative or human resources experience; previous background in a healthcare setting or medical staffing is strongly preferred.
