Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce planning. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training programs Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, leave management (FMLA), workers' compensation claims, and benefits administration Support performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning activities Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM to ensure data integrity and compliance Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and supporting change management initiatives Assist with compliance efforts related to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and organization design Manage administrative tasks related to HR sourcing, recruitment campaigns via social media management tools, and workforce management systems like Kronos or UltiPro Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a focus on HR sourcing, recruiting, or employee relations Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar systems like ADP or Paychex Understanding of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies and contracts Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to change management strategies and support organizational development initiatives Administrative experience involving data collection, data entry, reporting tools like Salesforce or iCIMS is preferred Join us in shaping a vibrant workplace where your expertise in human resources can truly make an impact!
