Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-minded team member to help support our Human Resources department. As an HR Coordinator you will provide administrative support across key Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include supporting the administration of benefits, recruiting, onboarding and termination processes, employee support and record maintenance. This position requires close collaboration with HR Director, Accounting and IT. Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 3 years' experience in an HR or administrative role (HR is preferred) Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Collaborative service-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Job Duties

+ Responsibilities Coordinate 401K administration for active and termed employees - loans, withdrawals, enrollments and required disclosures Coordinate annual compliance reporting for health and retirement plans Support the annual open enrollment process Coordinate the process for employees on disability, FMLA and workers comp leaves Support recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams Coordinate the onboarding of new hires Assist in the termination process - COBRA admin, and cancellations of each enrolled benefit Process employment verification requests Respond to unemployment claims Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed Maintain state + federal employment posters Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Assist with the planning and execution of special company sponsored events such as annual parties, employee recognitions, celebrations and trainings Assist with the renewal of professional and corporate memberships Requires some travel to Massachusetts office Performs other duties as assigned

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
