Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator / HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations while supporting core human resources activities. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth office administration and an excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility maintenance Handle front-office communication including calls, emails, visitors, and courier services Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems Support leadership team with scheduling and administrative coordination Ensure office policies and procedures are followed effectively Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Support attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data updates Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions Support HR compliance and policy implementation Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 2-5 years of experience in office administration and/or HR coordination Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HRMS or payroll systems is preferred Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or corporate office environments Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment practices Experience supporting onsite and offshore teams is a plus Key Competencies Attention to detail Professionalism and reliability Time management Team collaboration Adaptability and initiative
