A healthcare organization is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to support its Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, conducting high-volume outreach, and building candidate pipelines within a fast-paced recruiting environment.Job Description:
The Recruiting Assistant will focus on identifying and engaging potential candidates for healthcare positions, with an emphasis on building strong candidate pipelines. This position will involve significant phone, email, and text outreach, along with maintaining accurate candidate information across recruiting systems and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outreach, has an engaging communication style, and enjoys the proactive nature of sourcing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while working across multiple systems are important for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective candidates through phone calls, text messages, and email. Review candidate lists and proactively contact individuals who may be a fit for open healthcare positions. Build rapport with candidates and effectively communicate opportunities to generate interest. Maintain and update candidate records within an ATS, including outreach activity and candidate status. Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress using spreadsheets and internal systems. Cross-reference candidate information across multiple platforms to ensure records are accurate and complete. Assist recruiters with developing and maintaining qualified candidate pipelines. Follow up consistently with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruiting process. Perform repetitive outreach activities while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience. Support additional recruiting and administrative projects as needed.Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or a related talent acquisition environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous healthcare or physical therapy recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and engaging candidates over the phone. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and engaging approach to candidate interaction. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience with an ATS is preferred. Strong data entry and organizational abilities. Ability to accurately manage information across multiple systems. Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working toward outreach and sourcing goals.Perks:
