Onsite (Hybrid schedule may be considered based on performance) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team. This temporary position is responsible for coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process between recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and known for their responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities. While this position is intended to be temporary and is not currently expected to convert to a permanent role, future opportunities may become available as the organization continues to grow. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process. Manage multiple calendars and coordinate interview logistics while minimizing scheduling conflicts. Communicate professionally with candidates via phone and email to confirm interview details and provide necessary information. Maintain accurate scheduling records and candidate information within recruiting systems. Ensure a positive, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Respond promptly to scheduling requests and candidate inquiries. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams as needed. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and company information. Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, customer service, or a related field. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. Proven track record of being highly responsive, dependable, and organized. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or scheduling software is preferred but not required.
