Job Description The Junior Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator will support the Company's continued growth by partnering with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to deliver an organized, responsive, and high-quality recruiting experience. The position will initially focus on candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting administration, and onboarding coordination while progressively assuming responsibility for selected positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in Talent Acquisition within a growing organization. Duties and Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain timely and professional candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Schedule interviews, assessments, hiring-team meetings, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system. Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements. Assist with preparation and administration of offer documentation. Candidate Sourcing Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional organizations, referrals, colleges, and other sourcing channels. Conduct initial candidate outreach. Develop candidate pipelines for frequently hired positions. Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent-acquisition activities. Assist with employee referral initiatives. Candidate Screening Conduct initial phone or video screens for assigned positions. Evaluate candidate experience against established job requirements. Utilize structured interview questions and candidate scorecards. Progressively assume responsibility for selected entry-level and professional positions under the guidance of the Senior Recruiter. Hiring Manager Support Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and candidate feedback. Ensure interview teams understand established interview processes and timelines. Track outstanding feedback and help maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. Assist with job-description development and posting. Recruiting Analytics Track recruiting metrics including: Time to fill Time to hire Candidate source Interview-to-offer ratio Offer acceptance Open requisitions Hiring plan progress Prepare regular recruiting reports for HR and leadership. Onboarding Coordination Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Communicate new-hire information to appropriate internal stakeholders. Coordinate onboarding documentation and pre-employment activities. Ensure new employees receive necessary information prior to their start date. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Help maintain consistent and professional job postings. Support the Company's employer-branding initiatives. Collect candidate feedback and identify opportunities to improve the recruiting experience. Represent the Company's culture and values throughout the candidate experience. Required Experience/Skills Approximately 1-3 years of recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience. Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and scheduling skills. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with candidates and managers at multiple levels. Nice-to-Haves Personable and professional. Highly responsive. Naturally organized. Curious about people and businesses. Comfortable with technology. Persistent without being aggressive. Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interested in developing into a full-cycle recruiter. A strong representative of the Company's culture. Education Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Pay & Benefits Summary Base:

Non-Exempt:
As a non-exempt employee, your position is classified as eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state laws.
