Remote Your Responsibilities:

Facilitate and manage pre-employment activities by effectively communicating with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary steps Maintain regular communication between new hires and recruiters to ensure a streamlined process Demonstrate excellent communication skills to provide a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, promptly addressing any process-related issues, procedures, or one-off challenges that may arise during the recruitment process Utilize Workday effectively throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, respecting company and candidate confidentiality and ensuring data security

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred) Prior HR or Recruiting experience (preferred) Experience working with customers - internal and external (preferred) Demonstrated experience managing pre-employment screens and maintaining related confidential data (preferred) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $23.65 to $36.59 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
