Job Description

Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator Position Summary Oxford HealthCare is seeking a self-motivated Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role will be primarily responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, orienting, and processing hiring paperwork for PCA and CNA caregivers serving Private Duty and Oklahoma Medicaid Advantage Waiver Program clients. This position includes regular in-office responsibilities for onboarding and orientation, as well as travel to surrounding areas as needed to support hiring activities. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of the recruiting and onboarding process with limited day-to-day oversight. This role is ideal for someone seeking along-term opportunity who wants to grow with the company as Oxford HealthCare continues to expand across Oklahoma.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for PCA and CNA caregivers Post, maintain, and manage job openings, with a strong emphasis on Indeed Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews Coordinate and complete all onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and required hiring paperwork Ensure background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and onboarding records Track certifications, licenses, and other required credentials Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable home care requirements Support hiring needs in Tulsa and surrounding service areas Travel to surrounding areas as needed for onboarding, orientation, and other hiring-related support Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, onboarding, or related administrative work in a home care, private duty, healthcare staffing, or similar healthcare environment Experience recruiting for PCA, CNA, or caregiver roles strongly preferred Experience with Private Duty and/or Oklahoma Medicaid Advantage Waiver Program staffing strongly preferred Strong understanding of Indeed recruiting, including posting jobs, managing candidates, and moving applicants through the hiring process Experience conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and handling employment-related paperwork Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership in a hybrid work environment Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to surrounding areas as needed Requirements Willingness to travel to surrounding areas for onboarding and orientation Experience in a home care or healthcare setting required
