Job Description

As a nationwide recruiter, I've got Mobile Crane Client, in need of a Safety & Human Resources Coordinator, in the Houston metro area. This is a full-time, direct hire position in this specific geographic area! We specifically need someone with the following credentials:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in safety administration, HR administration, workers' compensation, or training coordination (a mix of relevant experience considered). Working familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and general workplace safety practices, adaptable across multiple states/locations. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the discretion to handle confidential employee, medical, and claims information. Solid written/verbal communication skills for working across employees, managers, vendors, clinics, and insurance partners. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and able to pick up HRIS, LMS, and safety/claims-management systems. Able to work independently, track issues to resolution, and know when to escalate. Willing and able to travel regularly to branch/field locations (including occasional overnight travel) and follow site PPE/safety rules. Sound judgment and professionalism supporting or conducting confidential safety/HR investigations at all levels of the organization.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the mobile crane, heavy equipment, construction, or broader industrial service / material handling sector. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now/LMS and HSI or comparable safety-management platforms. OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain after hire). Experience supporting a regional, multi-location workforce. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
