Position Summary The Recruitment Coordinator supports Comfort Keepers' staffing goals by attracting, engaging, and advancing qualified candidates through a timely, respectful hiring process. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role manages assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines, with primary emphasis on caregiver and other high-volume hiring needs. The Recruiter works in an AI-enabled applicant tracking system (ATS), where AI supports initial candidate screening, and applies sound judgment to review results, engage candidates, and move qualified applicants through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines in the AI-enabled ATS from sourcing and initial outreach through AI-assisted screening, recruiter review, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff. Source candidates through the AI-enabled ATS, job boards, referrals, social media, community relationships, hiring events, and other channels approved by the Recruitment Manager. Review AI-generated screening results promptly, validate candidate fit against job requirements, and conduct recruiter follow-up or additional screening when needed. Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up, creating a welcoming, professional experience throughout the recruiting process. Partner with hiring leaders to understand current staffing priorities, coordinate interviews, share candidate updates, and remove delays in the hiring process. Accurately maintain candidate activity, AI screening outcomes, disposition reasons, notes, and required documentation in the AI-enabled ATS. Track individual recruiting activity and funnel results, including applicant flow, contact speed, interviews, hires, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and aging requisitions. Represent Comfort Keepers at job fairs, community events, schools, workforce organizations, and referral partnerships as assigned. Use AI screening tools consistently and responsibly, maintain appropriate human review, and follow employment laws, company policies, documentation standards, and selection practices; escalate concerns to the Recruitment Manager or Human Resources. Effectively communicate performance metrics to leaders to track and evaluate job performance. Qualifications Recruiting, staffing, or related experience; high-volume recruiting experience preferred. Comfort working in an AI-enabled applicant tracking system, along with job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate outreach channels. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and use recruiting data to guide daily activity. Comfort representing the organization at recruiting events and working with community partners. Home care, healthcare, or caregiver recruiting experience is a plus; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
