In this energetic role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, enhance employee engagement, and uphold compliance standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on our workforce. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through HR systems, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. Coordinate employee orientation sessions and facilitate training & development initiatives to promote continuous learning. Support employee evaluation and performance management processes by maintaining accurate records and assisting managers with performance reviews. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling inquiries related to employee benefits. Maintain HR data integrity through precise data entry and analysis using Excel and HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and other legal requirements by supporting regulatory compliance management efforts. Handle confidential information with integrity while assisting with personnel administration tasks like payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and personnel recordkeeping. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR Systems such as Gusto. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and workforce management practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and professionally. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through project management skills and organizational design understanding. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM is highly desirable.
