  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Always represent the company professionally.
  • Always maintain a high standard of professionalism in both demeanor and personal appearance. Human Resources & Employee Support
  • Process hiring through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate scheduling and screenings with Home Office HR.
  • Organize orientations for company and client.
  • Capture, audit and maintain company organizational charts. Workforce Coordination
  • Assist with coordinating shift changes and personnel movement as needed.
  • Support supervisors and field leadership with staffing updates and documentation requirements. Onboarding & Compliance
  • Complete onboarding and HR documentation.
  • Ensure I-9 compliance.
  • Shred confidential documents in accordance with privacy and retention policies.
  • Track crew assignments; updating rosters as needed.
  • Validate travel pay eligibility and supporting documentation.
  • Update safety training.
  • Maintain foreman training documentation.
  • Administer skill assessments for new hires; ensure signatures prior to class/rate changes.
  • Monitor attendance.
  • Issue warnings when warranted in accordance with policies. Ensure warnings are well written, documenting the issue, outlining expectations, consequences and resolutions. Personnel Records & Certification Tracking
  • Maintain personnel files with legal and professional documentation standards.
  • Ensure termination slips are issued upon departure. Payroll & Timekeeping
  • Audit timesheets and verify accuracy, completeness and compliance.
  • Confirm client time documentation is accurate and complete for uploading.
  • Process class/rate changes with required documentation (skill assessments).
  • Ensure payroll submissions include detailed notes for any exceptions or items outside standard scope to support audit accuracy potential inquiries
Qualifications Human Resources:
Education , and professional certifications or relevant transferable skills
Payroll:
Possess accuracy, proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel, and strong mathematical abilities Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficient retrieval. High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Proficient in digital record management and HR systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, accurate, and effective under time constraints.
Flexible:
Must be adaptable to changing work arrangements, schedules, or tasks Data center experience a plus! Union Projects
  • Coordinate with labor unions by contacting union halls, facilitating onboarding, and working in collaboration with union representatives and stewards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and navigate company policies and union agreements to ensure compliance and effective workforce management.
Physical & Work Environment Fast-paced industrial project environment. Frequent computer work, document handling, and office-based administrative tasks.
Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
