Job Overview Are you the person who naturally keeps everyone organized, follows through when others get busy, and notices when something is about to fall through the cracks? We may have the job for you. Farmers Insurance - District 25 is looking for an energetic, organized and people-oriented District Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to join our Knoxville team. This isn't your typical administrative position. You'll be at the center of a busy district office. Helping coordinate recruiting, supporting our agency owners, keeping projects and follow-ups on track, and helping turn a lot of moving pieces into an organized plan. We're looking for someone who likes people, loves organization, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and gets genuine satisfaction from getting things DONE. This position gives you the opportunity to learn much more than traditional office administration. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, business operations, sales, marketing, event coordination and entrepreneurship while working directly with district leadership and local insurance agency owners. We're building a more proactive, organized and growth-focused district, and you'll have an opportunity to help us build it. We're also looking for someone who can grow with the role. As you learn the business, demonstrate your strengths and take on greater responsibility, there is opportunity for the position to develop over time.
