HR Coordinator - Legacy Park Health and Rehabilitation & Wellpark Health and Rehabilitation Legacy Park is looking for a dependable, organized, and personable HR Coordinator to support our two Knoxville skilled nursing facilities (same campus). This role is responsible for many of the day-to-day HR functions within the facilities, including payroll support, recruiting and onboarding, new-hire orientation, workers' compensation coordination, employee file maintenance, time adjustments, and general employee support. The position works closely with facility leadership and also has significant support from Ensign's Service Center for broader HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance needs. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication skills and follow-through are especially important. Prior HR, payroll, recruiting, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. This can be a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow.
