Job Description
Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time) Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time) for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, your primary focus is to serve as a liaison between the corporate human resources team and hiring partners. Pay Rate $23.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, Day Shift (Roughly 28 to 30 hours) Human Resources Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Participate in coordinating onboarding for new hires. Reviewing and following up on associate timecards. Assisting with employee questions. Providing broad human resources support to the local team. Human Resources Assistant Qualifications and Requirements Two years of Human Resources or Administrative experience required. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. High school diploma or GED. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with ADP Workforce Now software preferred.
