Job Description

Summary:
Under direction of the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for daily general human resources functions, i.e., assists processing team member onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluations, management of personnel files, and meeting coordination.
Responsibilities:
Management of personnel files including file audits and routine paperwork filing Assists as needed with recruitment process, such as team member onboarding and offboarding activities Tracks and coordinates team member performance evaluations Creates ad hoc reports for timekeeping, attendance and team member time off accruals Responsible for internal tracking and reporting items related to HR activities Assists as needed to provide information on HR programs, insurance, and other team member benefits Coordinates meetings; assists with employee special events Enters and tracks Human Resources data related activities to the HR database Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint required Bachelor's Degree preferred Four years of administrative experience is preferred Valid driver's license required
Pay:
$23.50 per hour
