This person will be the first point of contact for applicants and visitors and will play an important role in keeping the office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , comfortable working with people, confident using computers, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Greet applicants and visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience Manage the front lobby and assist applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process Assign and explain onboarding paperwork, applications, and computer-based documents Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or messages to the appropriate team member Communicate with applicants and employees in both English and Spanish Assist with communication between the recruiting team, employees, and clients Enter, organize, and maintain applicant and employee information Scan, copy, file, and maintain required documents and records Help ensure onboarding paperwork is completed accurately Provide general administrative and clerical support to recruiters and management Assist with office supplies, organization, and other day-to-day office needs Jump in and assist wherever needed to help keep the recruiting office running efficiently Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Valid Driver's License Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks Professional and friendly when working with applicants, employees, and clients Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, solving problems, and being an important part of a team.
