The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in the hiring process by partnering closely with a team of recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization. They are an integral part of the hiring process as they will manage recruiting activities and build relationships with internal and external candidates and clients. They often provide the first impression of OCI and must ensure an incredible candidate experience throughout the entire interview process. This candidate must possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and be an organizational expert. - Manage scheduling for interviews by working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide follow-up correspondence and status updates to candidates via phone and email
- Update candidate records and track recruiting activities in applicant tracking systems.
- Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers across multiple teams to facilitate strong internal communication
- Identify opportunities to improve upon existing programs and processes and innovate on candidate experience and scheduling strategy
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Ability to prioritize when balancing many different projects and timelines Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
- Experience with Exchange, MS Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook Preferred As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a preemployment screening process.

Hiring Range in USD from $25.82 to $50.43 per hour; from: $53,700 to $104,900 per annum. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.Paid sick leave:
