Job Description
Lone Star Powersports is looking for an experienced Title & HR Administrative Coordinator to join our business office team. This position combines dealership title processing with Human Resources administrative support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, compliance, and helping a business run efficiently. What You'll Do Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness Submit title work through Texas WebDEALER Resolve title issues with lenders and county offices Maintain title logs and records Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, background checks, motor vehicle record requests, pre-employment documentation, and new hire onboarding coordination. Support benefits administration and HR projects Assist with office administration and special projects What We're Looking For Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership title clerk experience is required. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business information. Professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Someone who genuinely enjoys staying busy is a must and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Ability to successfully multitask without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, customers, lenders, and government agencies. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across multiple departments. Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs. Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements. Desire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise. Opportunity for Growth This position is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career with Lone Star Powersports. While the initial focus will be supporting our Amarillo dealership's title processing and Human Resources administrative functions, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility as the business grows. Depending on performance and business needs, future growth may include expanded administrative operations, additional dealership support, process improvement initiatives, and the potential to support title processing for multiple dealership locations.
