Bilingual Onsite Supervisor Location:
Arlington, TX Schedule:
1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (flexibility for check-ins as needed)
Compensation:
$22.50/hour + Bonus |

As a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Arlington, you are the face of Midway Staffing at our client site. You keep operations moving, you keep people confident, and you make sure every associate who walks in feels like they are in good hands. Your core hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but this is a role for someone who stays flexible. When an associate or client needs a check-in outside the usual window, you are the kind of person who shows up. What you will do You will run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client location and be the go-to contact for both the client and the associates working there.
That means:
Building genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support Reviewing resumes, assessing candidates, and spotting the right talent for each role Partnering with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goals Representing Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowing Owning the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keeping every file complete and compliant Leading first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed Supporting payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time Checking in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early, including flexing your schedule when a check-in is needed outside standard hours What you bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus) Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fast Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Flexibility to adjust your hours for associate and client check-ins when the operation calls for it Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking System Confidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detail A proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a team What you get Weekly pay at $23.50/hour, plus placement commissions and monthly bonus potential Real career growth with clear pathways inside a fast-expanding organization A steady weekday schedule with your weekends fully yours A team that has your back and a mission you can be proud of If you are ready to make a real impact, build relationships that matter, and lead the floor in Arlington, we want to meet you.
