$23/hour to $25/hour Job Summary The Onsite Staffing/Recruiting Coordinator (OSC) will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of warehouse and logistics operations at the client site. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between Raise and the client company. Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance services. Assist the Onsite Manager with conducting interviews and evaluating applicants. Conduct onsite candidate assessments to evaluate skills, availability, and role fit prior to placement. Coordinate badging and site access requirements, ensuring new hires are properly credentialed before their first shift. Process pre-employment screening — including background checks and drug testing — and complete new hire paperwork. Schedule and conduct new hire group orientations and trainings. Manage key support functions such as timekeeping, payroll, attendance tracking, and billing. Maintain compliance with corporate and client HR policies, handling employee relations, workers' compensation claims, and investigations as needed. Assist in assignment scheduling and workforce management. Required Skills and Qualifications Previous staffing experience in staffing/HR coordination required. Experience with onsite candidate assessments, badging/site-access processes, and drug testing/background check coordination preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a positive attitude toward change, resilient under pressure, and capable of thriving in a challenging, fast-paced, and energetic environment.
