JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

The HR Administrator is responsible for the HR and recruiting function to include, but not be limited to, sourcing and credentialling new hires, maintaining personnel/administrative files, developing/presenting/obtaining approval of continuing education courses that meet criteria for live/website CEUniversity.org courses approved by recognized authorities for continuing education credit of various disciplines. Qualifications Required experience in healthcare or pediatric services . Home health experience a plus. Proven experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of employment law and recruiting systems such as Indeed. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
