Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This vital role supports our HR department by managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that ensure smooth workforce management and compliance. Duties Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and scheduling interviews Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training & development programs Maintain accurate HR records, including data entry into HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform Help coordinate employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment and benefits administration tasks Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and other legal requirements Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting employee relations and conflict management efforts Handle/assist with other administrative tasks as needed Experience Previous experience working within an HR department or in personnel administration roles Familiarity with HR systems such as iSolved HCM is highly desirable Knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management Strong organizational skills with experience in project management and data collection activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels Administrative experience supporting recruiting, payroll processing, or HR legal compliance is preferred Join us to contribute to a dynamic team where your efforts directly impact our workforce's growth and success!

From $23.00 per hour
