Our employees enjoy benefits such as, but not limited to: Medical Preventive Benefits Life Insurance 401k Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Bereavement Leave As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for: Cordially greet all visitors, candidates and employees, answer the phone, and direct visitors to the appropriate area. Provide the best possible customer services to visitors, candidates, and employees. Fill out purchasing requisitions and forward to Purchasing Department. Provide general administrative assistance to management staff. Maintaining employees and DQ files. Employment verifications. Pre-Employment Processing. New Hire Orientation. Emailing all staff to communicate changes in personnel. I-9/ E- Verify Completion. Daily Attendance and Punctuality Report. Event Planning . English Evaluations for all derivers. Clearinghouse queries for all drivers. Employee training.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources. Bilingual (English + Spanish) Microsoft Office Criminal background check and drug screen required.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
