About theRole:
The Human Resources Admin. (Front Desk) serves as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience, maintaining confidential employee information, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, and assisting with a variety of HR initiatives. Working closely with all levels of the organization, this position requires exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the "face" of Human Resources Greet and assist employees, applicants, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and reception area. Support Human Resources Operations Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation preparation, and employment documentation. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with employment verifications, filing, scanning, data entry, and document management. Order and maintain office and departmental supplies. Provide administrative support for HR projects and departmental initiatives. Support Employees Respond to employee questions and direct them to the appropriate HR team member when needed. Build positive relationships with employees across all departments. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Support Company Events Assist with employee engagement events, recruiting events, training sessions, meetings, and other company-sponsored activities. Provide administrative and logistical support before, during, and after events. Perform other related duties as assigned.Competencies:
