Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant will be involved with daily operations of the Human Resource Department. The individual will be involved with the employee application process, and assist with the administration of employee benefits and in formulating employee policies that are established by Wyoming Casing. Position will also require strict confidentiality.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Assist the Human Resources Director with the day-to-day administration of the department Assist the Human Resources Department with computerized tracking of all employee data files Assist with maintaining employee policies Prepare and/or process all personnel transaction forms and materials verifying completeness of documents before filing Administer drug and alcohol testing to employees when proper certification is present Fax and file appropriate D&A paperwork based on results Maintain the Driver Qualification files Log and file prospective employee applications Answering the phone and greeting walk in applicants Perform E-Verify Assist with the termination process Maintain North Dakota area employee benefits Put together insurance packets for employees Make copies of all necessary forms Maintain Call-Em-All Send out the dispatch list Run background checks Run PSP's Reconcile dental and vision bills Set up and maintain employee personnel files Update the BCBS of ND Census Report Complete SSE forms for applicable employees Run DL expiration report for DOT/CDL and regular drivers Run medical examiner's certificate expiration report Run MVR's Other duties as assigned.
