Benefits Organize open enrollment meetings to discuss insurance options Review HR invoices for accuracy Assist employees with any questions or concerns regarding their benefits Represent InterConnect Wiring when speaking with insurance companies Assist with Workers Compensation Carrier information requests Recruitment Assist in the talent acquisition process to fill openings with qualified individuals Reporting Complete yearly EEO-1 reporting Complete yearly Veteran 4212 reporting Maintain InterConnect's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) Maintain OSHA log and reporting Miscellaneous Tasks Process payroll Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Coordinate substance abuse testing, vision exams and hearing exams Handle employee complaints and suggestions Provide employee pay rate and pay structure information to supervisors when requested Maintain charts Create new company documents as needed Offer ideas for improving processes and update process manuals Maintain employee manual Update parking assignments as needed Complete labor correction tasks when needed Provide employment verifications when needed Process paperwork according to established procedures Handle Texas Workforce Commission claims Coordinate the completion of 90 day reviews, yearly reviews, rankings and raises Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required One year of human resource experience preferred SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP

highly desired Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Well organized and good attention to detail Motivated company sponsor and group leader Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
