  • to support high-volume hourly hiring at a U.

S. manufacturing facility. As the Recruiter Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping candidates moving smoothly through every stage of the hiring journey—from interview scheduling and hiring events to offers, pre-employment, orientation, and Day 1. This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves staying organized, communicating with people, solving problems, and making sure the details are handled accurately and on time. What You'll Do Keep Hiring Events & Interviews Running Smoothly

+ Support the Recruiter with preparation for onsite hiring events and high-volume interview days.

+ Schedule candidates for interviews and hiring events.

+ Monitor confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.

+ Send timely candidate reminders and clear arrival instructions.

+ Prepare candidate and interviewer rosters.

+ Coordinate interview rooms, schedules, and onsite logistics.

+ Support candidate check-in and candidate flow during hiring events.

+ Update attendance and interview status and assist with post-event follow-up. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience

+ Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine candidate questions.

+ Provide accurate information about interviews, hiring events, offers, pre-employment requirements, and orientation.

+ Follow up with candidates who have outstanding actions or required next steps.

+ Communicate professionally, clearly, and promptly throughout the hiring process.

+ Recognize candidate issues or exceptions and escalate them to the Recruiter or appropriate HR partner. Keep Offers & Pre-Employment on Track

+ Process approved offer requests and generate and send offer documents.

+ Monitor outstanding offer signatures and update candidate status following acceptance.

+ Maintain accurate candidate information in recruiting trackers.

+ Monitor pre-employment activities and follow up on outstanding candidate actions.

+ Coordinate with appropriate teams regarding candidate clearance status.

+ Escalate questions involving background screening, accommodations, policies, or adjudication rather than making independent determinations. Coordinate Orientation & Day 1

+ Schedule candidates for new-hire orientation.

+ Send orientation confirmations, reminders, and final Day 1 instructions.

+ Prepare orientation rosters and ensure candidates know what to expect.

+ Track orientation attendance, arrivals, and no-shows.

+ Coordinate approved orientation rescheduling.

+ Update recruiting systems and trackers following orientation. Own Data Accuracy & Recruiting Systems

+ Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the recruiting process.

+ Update candidate stages and statuses in recruiting systems.

+ Maintain hiring-event, offer, pre-employment, and orientation trackers.

+ Audit records for missing or inconsistent information.

+ Keep candidate data current to support daily recruiting reporting.

+ Protect confidential candidate information and handle it appropriately. What You Bring Required Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ year of administrative coordination, recruiting support, HR support, scheduling, customer service, or related experience.

+ Strong organizational and scheduling skills with exceptional attention to detail.

+ Professional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to responsive candidate support.

+ Ability to manage multiple candidates, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

+ Ability to work onsite at the assigned U.S. manufacturing facility and periodically adjust hours for hiring events, interviews, orientation, or multiple shifts.

+ Ability and willingness to learn recruiting, scheduling, and candidate-management systems.

+ Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential candidate information. Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting high-volume hourly recruiting, staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution hiring.

+ Experience coordinating hiring events, interview days, or new-hire orientation.

+ Familiarity withWorkday Recruiting.

+ Familiarity with Paradox or another automated candidate scheduling and engagement platform.

+ Experience maintaining recruiting trackers or applicant-tracking-system records.

+ Bilingual communication skills relevant to the site's candidate population. What Success Looks Like In this role, your attention to detail directly impacts the candidate experience and the site's ability to meet its hiring goals. You'll be successful when you:

+ Keep interviews, hiring events, and orientation accurately scheduled.

+ Provide candidates with timely communication and clear next-step instructions.

+ Process approved offers and track pre-employment activities accurately.

+ Keep candidate stages, rosters, and recruiting trackers current.

+ Identify issues early and escalate exceptions quickly.

+ Deliver responsive, professional service at every stage of the candidate journey.

+ Help ensure candidates arrive prepared, informed, and ready for Day 1. You'll build valuable experience in:

+ High-volume talent acquisition and recruiting operations.

+ Manufacturing and hourly workforce hiring.

+ Candidate engagement and customer service.

+ Hiring-event and interview coordination.

+ HR and recruiting systems.

+ Offer and pre-employment administration.

+ Cross-functional partnership with Recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and operations teams.
