Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to the coordination of key HR activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating HR-related events and activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Perform data entry tasks and create detailed spreadsheets to organize and analyze information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Help employees access systems for finance, budgeting, and other organizational needs.
  • Support HR processes such as background checks and employee relations activities.
  • Design visually appealing materials using Canva for internal communication and events.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative functions.
