What You'll Do As our Administrative & HR Assistant, you'll keep our office running smoothly and support our team behind the scenes. Day to day, you will: Handle front-office coordination — bill pay, managing utility accounts and supplies, calendars, vendor communication, and access management Support HR tasks such as new-hire onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee files, and helping post and track job openings Review and submit weekly payroll tasks Perform accurate data entry and recordkeeping, filing, and general document management Assist managers and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and daily administrative needs Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed — this is a dynamic role, and duties may grow or change over time What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace A self-motivated learner who takes initiative and picks things up quickly A natural problem solver who can think on their feet and find solutions Strong attention to detail, organization, and a professional, friendly attitude Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus No prior experience required — we'll train the right person Additional Requirements Must be mobile and able to travel to and visit our offices as needed (reliable transportation required) Able to perform occasional heavy lifting as part of the role Flexibility to take on new and changing responsibilities beyond the duties listed above Perks & Benefits Competitive pay of $18-$20/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays A positive, team-first work environment Hands-on training from day one Room to Grow This is more than a job — it's a launchpad.
