Houston, TX Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $60,000 a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Bachelor's degree Managing projects Cross-functional collaboration Full Job Description The Legal Recruiting Associate Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for attorneys and law students. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, organizing events, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Student Recruiting Assist in managing law school accounts and OCI participation. Schedule candidate interviews Act as the primary liaison for attorneys and students before interviews, communicate any schedule changes, greet candidates, and oversee in-office interviews. Assist with candidate follow up and draft offer letters. Assist with data entry for all candidate and maintain recruiting database with candidate updates. Send out reimbursement letters to applicants and letters to other firms regarding shared NALP expenses. Collect and maintain data and files for incoming fall associates. Assist and attend recruiting events, law school presentations and in-office programs. Assist in coordinating and tracking sponsorships. Submit candidate internet research requests. Summer Program Maintain Summer Associate files and paperwork. Assist in coordinating the arrival of Summer Associates, including pre-summer communications. Create and assemble orientation packets for summer associates. Maintain the HN summer page on @Sidley. Monitor Summer Associate work projects and assignments and enter project information into LawCruit. Assist in coordinating Summer Associate training and orientation schedules, securing attorneys to host programming. Assist in confirming attorney/summer associate mentor teams. Draft materials for training sessions. Assist in coordinating and attending summer events, including weekly lunch pairings, invite lists, vendor communication, calendar invites and logistics, reminder emails, menu selections, and payments. Draft and send out weekly internal emails. Maintain a detailed budget and expenses spreadsheet. Other Keep track of inventory of swag/marketing materials and order additional supplies from the warehouse, as needed, for recruiting purposes. Create, distribute, and collect results from internal surveys. Assist with website enhancement for recruiting purposes (extranet), including collaboration with web editors to update internal and external recruiting websites. Process recruiting expenses as needed. Liaise with the Marketing department to create new associate/summer associate directories. Education and/or

Bachelor's degree

Recruiting experience in a law firm environment 1 year of relevant experience

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
