Job Description Addison Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's talent acquisition team. This position will assist recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process while providing responsive and professional support. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities such as candidate pre-screening, initial phone conversations, and interview coordination. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support an efficient recruitment process. Publish open positions across appropriate external job boards and recruiting platforms. Maintain accurate recruiting records and compile information used to evaluate recruitment activity and effectiveness. Verify that required internal recruiting documentation has been properly completed and maintained. Provide additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.
