Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Spend Management Talent Acquisition team during a period of rapid growth. This role will be heavily focused on interview coordination and scheduling, partnering with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities
  •  Manage high-volume interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.
  •  Coordinate virtual, onsite, and travel-related interview logistics.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  •  Support a team of recruiters focused on hiring within the Spend Management business unit.
  •  Maintain candidate activity and scheduling details within Workday, Eightfold, and Outlook.
  •  Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
  •  Assist with interview debriefs, offer coordination, and onboarding handoffs.
  •  Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through clear, professional communication.

  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  2-4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
  •  Strong written and verbal communication
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  •  Proficient within Outlook
  •  Familiar with Workday
  •  Must be able to pivot quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  •  Healthcare, spend management or GPO experience
  •  Experience with Eightfold
