Job Description

Position Summary The Human Resources & Business Administrator is responsible for leading all human resources functions for Abeldt's Gaslight Pharmacy and Brickstreet Pharmacy while providing administrative support for daily business operations. This position oversees employee recruitment, onboarding, licensing, compliance, and personnel administration while ensuring the efficient operation of the business office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Human Resources Lead all recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain employee personnel files and confidential HR records. Track and manage employee licenses, certifications, continuing education, and renewal deadlines. Coordinate employee benefits administration. Assist with HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Support employee orientation and training. Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Business Administration Process accounts payable and pay vendor invoices. Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence. Maintain office records, supplies, and administrative files. Assist leadership with special projects and day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, office management, or business administration. Healthcare or pharmacy experience is preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and some Quickbooks. Pay:
$40,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
