Pharr, TX (on-site) Employment type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an organized, people-oriented HR Assistant to be the on-site HR point of contact for our Pharr location. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training. You will learn from our on-site team and work closely with our People & Talent team to support employees from their first day onward. What You Will Do Be the first in-person point of contact for employee HR questions at the Pharr site Support new hire onboarding: paperwork, I-9 verification, orientation, and first-day setup Enter and update employee information in Rippling (our HRIS) Help track attendance and time-off requests, and follow up on timekeeping issues Help with recruiting: post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Keep personnel files organized, accurate, and confidential Post and maintain required workplace notices and support safety and compliance paperwork Help coordinate employee communications, trainings, and on-site events Escalate employee relations concerns to the People & Talent Manager What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in HR, business or a related field is a plus 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, front desk or customer service Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written) required Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable with computers: Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams and online systems Friendly, approachable and comfortable working with warehouse and office employees Experience with Rippling or another HRIS is a plus Interest in growing a career in Human Resources Why Join Us Hands-on training and a clear path to grow in HR Supportive team at a growing company
