Job Description
Provides administrative support to human resources functions such as onboarding new hires, forms processing, correspondence, record keeping, data entry, file maintenance, and Excel data entry. Functions as a resource for the company. Ensures HR programs are administered under federal and state regulations, and program and policy provisions are followed. Performs other HR administrative duties as assigned.
POSITION EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in human resources/organizational leadership or business-related field Minimum of one (2) year of office experience required A minimum of one (2) year of previous HR experience is preferred Prior HR experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Must be able to multitask, and work with minimal supervision Must be bilingual; English/Spanish; read, speak, and write fluentlyJOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Requires reasoning ability, good independent judgment, and a high degree of competency. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Able to respond to general internal and external customer needs. Requires good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with frequent interruptions. Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills are a must. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, managing PDF documents, and creating digital signatures. Strong attention to detail, including proficiency in punctuation, spelling, and grammar, is required.Job Type:
